How much does a consult cost?

$85 for the initial 30 minute telehealth.

This includes any scripts, and a detailed assessment and plan for your care.

Medicare don’t offer a rebate for vape-related Telehealth (ie no bulk billing), but there is an exception if you have mental health difficulties. In this case, you can claim back most of the fee ($81.70).

IF YOU CAN’T ATTEND IN PERSON, AND CAN ONLY DO TELEHEALTH (eg interstate or rural):

If you can’t attend in-person the first time at the Melbourne clinic (104 Canterbury Rd, Middle Park. 10mins from the CBD via tram), then Medicare don’t allow bulk-billing. There are some exceptions though, such as if you are experiencing homelessness or mental health difficulties.

The initial 30min phone consult is $110, and followup 15min phone consults are $55. You may only need 2 or 3 consults to get started. Where possible I will bulk-bill (ie no payment), and will let you know in advance if this is possible.

If at any time you CAN attend in-person, then all followup consults ARE bulk-billed for 1 year.
